    Now its feb 21 and they say my car is not yet produced
    . Full option vehicles are delivered but as per dealer Marina Motors pantheernkavu Xt dark edition is not produced hy TATA .. is TATA making us fools or dealer.

    I`m Robert working for Toyota, since I liked a Nexon, we wanted to give it to mom on her Wedding anniversary.
    And when we went to take the delivery it was the worst delivery ever we have taken in any OE brands, we also have volkswagen, mahindra, hyundai & Toyota vehicles.In fact we wanted to surprise mom, but we were surprised to see the car. As soon as my family entered the show they found a car in the entarences itself, since it was a selected number, the number was pasted on the windshield. The vehicle was completely dirty Tools & other items were kept on the seatsThey were climbing top of the seats the scratched and shoes rubbed marks on the console boxFront bumper was scratched Accessories were out of stock (Accessories person called & they fixed it) and there was a prompt response from the sales executive & accessories team.The number plate was not fixed after 12 days also. (resolved after 15 days)While in the moments of the car again they scraped with other carThe sales executive was also helpless even though he was also communicating to so many peoples none of them were responding to him. 
    Seeing all this on live & then i discussed with Mr Prem customer care manager he was one of the useless person who doesn’t have the any proper SOP, follow up system, nor he is able to communicate to the customers properly nor he is giving any solution & he is blaming only others being a customer manager and even he is standing along with me & watching, and we have to follow with each & everything & he won`t even pick the call & respond, i`m sorry for the customer of adishakti motors.
     I regret taking the my vehicle from Adishakti motors, with the trust on the tata motors customer care i`m asking again can this be resolved or shall take this to the next level. i need a call back from higher officials

I have booked my tata Nexon xx model daytron grey colour in 24th Jan 21 they committed me for delivering in 4 to 6!weeks now its march I asked them to deliver on 11thnmarch they are not giving any response I booked my car in New Delhi Treo TATA Go Auto Pvt Ltd Safdarjung now I am frustrated they committed me to deliver on march 11 now they are giving resons please help me as on 11its my b’day .

  9. I am a student.Tata is our proud. we trust Tata company’s car in safety matter and My father wants to purchase car but there is no tata car under our budget(3.5 lakh to 4.5 lakh). Please do the needful work for us who belongs from middle class family. We wants Tata company’s car only.

  10. I hade a Tata Nexon xz petrol variant booking on 27 Dec 2020. Till now my vehicle has not been billed and showroom officials keep on giving false commitments. Full payment has been released to the dealership and there is no proper response from the management side also for the complaint registered last month. It’s been 10 weeks crossed the officials are keep on giving silly reasons sir Harrier production is going on, safari booking is going on and that’s not my problem. At the time of booking they had mentioned in commitment form as delivery date will be 29 Jan 2021. Hardly 2 and half months passed and showroom officials keep on asking to wait.

    • Kindly cancel and refund the amount with interest. Booking itself gave me a very good experience and this clearly shows how the future will be in service and quality of TATA.

As I made earlier communication  to the authorities (prasoon.ranjan@tatamotors.com, customercare@tatamotors.com, rupritsingh.bhatti@tatamotors.com,amit.sinha@tatamotors.co) and they are unable to tell the delivery date and dealers also.  I have booked Tata  Nexon XMS 1.2 P (BS6) {C. White} on 18/11/2020 at Bafna Motors, Ratnagiri (Maharashtra). Dealers said 3 months waiting period at the time of booking but almost 4 months are going to complete after couple of days but getting frustrated.

I had purchased tata harrier XT+ camo addition to go for made in India tag leaving MG hector and all and now I feel cheated as music system is pathetic and forced me to make frequent visits to dealer in this COVID scenario. Still problem remains and I feel they are experimenting with my vehicle ..

  13. I booked TATA NEXON(P) XMA(S) on 20th Jan 2021 at Bangalore, but till now they did not deliver. As per dealer, they committed to deliver within 6-8 weeks. They are also not responding properly. I called to toll free number also and mail to above mail id. they are also not giving expected delivery date. it is helpless situation. Please anyone know any more email id and phone number which are responsible for delivery car.

    Booked TATA HARRIER on 24.02,2021 throught PUNEET AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD .They have promise to deliver me car
    on my Anniversary on 27.03.2021 , their was no delay in any thing till 22.03.2021
    Suddendly today on 23.03.2021 I have received call dealer that u will get delivery 15 days later . How come 4 days before they are informing me that you will not get delivery on time.That means they have alloted my vehicle to another customer without my prior concern .And done cheating with me .

  15. I had a bad experience with key motors kanakapura road Bangalore.I booked altroz on Dec 2020 and was expecting a delivery in the month of Feb 2021. They promptly informed that I can take a delivery in the second week of Feb 2021.car has been registered on 11Feb 2021. I also informed 15days before that I am going to take the delivery on 22nd Feb 2021.

    On the previous day when I called the sales person and his manager says that the car is not yet done PDI, again they asked me to take on another day.

    I told them next time when i take the delivery ,everything should be done with number plate should be fixed.

    When I went on the delivery day again they are not done work completely and asking me to come on another day to get number plate fixed. Registration happened 1.5 month before, still they are not responding properly , when I call them they will not answer my call.

    Without number plate I am not able to take my vehicle outside, police was asking my car number plate when he was checking.

    I regret that I booked car in key motors.

    Sales person is not keeping up his promise for the delivery and whatever promise he made during the delivery time.

  16. I have had a very bad experience with one of the Tata Motors dealerships here in South Goa, Porvorim. I had requested for a test drive of Nexon about a months ago on the Tata Motors Website, a representative from Porvorim dealership by the name of Neil called and said that after a week and said that he would call back and inform me about the test drive date and time, has not called till now, nor have had a test drive of the car yet. Looks like the dealership here in Goa is not interested to sell Tata Cars. I have written to the customer care of Tat Motors via e mail a week ago, they have responded by asking further questions to me twice, but have not arranged for a test drive till now.

  17. I Have recently bought TATA ALTROZ-XZ(OPT), during explaining about the vehicle and its spec spec & features they have mentioned about the wearable key, As well as in official website also. But once I bought my vehicle they simply said TATA MOTORS has stopped the wearable key for this variant (I took the top variant). I have complained according this issue to the customer care, and I had no response from there, simply they said we will call back you in 48 hours. it has been 3 weeks still they are contacting me, No response from regional manager no response from customer care worst experience I have ever had in my life, This is a kind of cheat they are playing. Is this a joking to play with customer promise …. simply shame on TATA customer care

    Respected Sir,

    I shall shortly be taking delivery of a TATA TIAGO XZ+ Vehicle. Currently waiting as Vehicle is not in stock at Manickbag Automobiles, Belgaum. We examined with other Models and this suited us.

    But this is not the reason I am writing to you. I would draw attention towards the spare tyre being provided. Or the Stepney Tyre. As against the the Tyre size of 175/60 R15 you are providing a Size 14 tyre as a spare tyre. An undersized tyre for this vehicle.

    Now the reason given by the Dealer is that, this is cost savings for the Manufacturer (Tata Motors). Hence, this is done consciously. Also that the spare tyre is to be used only to go upto the next repair shop (Puncturewala). Manufacturer makes a saving, No Problem. Its correct, and he should.

    Incidently in the process, the savings to Manufacturer is at the Cost of the Customer. This is quite unethical on your part. Rather its a crime. Let me explain. Four tyres give say a mileage of 40000 Kms each. So a total of 160000 kms. Add spare tyre mileage of 40000 kms. Total is 200000 kms.
    4 tyres give 160000 kms service
    5 tyres give 200000 kms service. 25% of the mileage is suffering due to undersize tyre. Customer pays for undersize tyre in full but loses on getting proper service out of it. its a waste. This wastage is all dumped onto the Customer. So that Manufacturer can save a few costs. That is unethical.

    Similarly, a doubt arises on the whole Vehicle as to how many more places you have compromised the Customer’s position for petty advantages. Absolutely no idea. More Doubts on how many more Cost-saving ideas have been included, which could cost me adversely in the long run.

    I request you provide the correct size tyre. Which can be rotatingly used. Please take the extra cost from Customer. The difference shall be peanuts.

    I request that in my case now. Kindly provide me a 175/60R15 size tyre in place of the undersize spare tyre. Please charge me for the difference. At the Dealer level itself this can be managed. You have plenty other models using size 15 tyres. If this msg goes from your end it would be lot lot smoother resolution to my problem.

    I hope I have made my Point clear. Hurting your sentiments, is not my intention.

    My name is pankaj kotwani and i am from khandwa(m.p)…My father Deepchand kotwani purchased five commercial vehicles in the year 2019 and your sale’s executive in khandwa name Dharmendra patel and manager from indore name Gajendra ji Gave us the scheme in that deal that they will give us 50000rs diesel in offer..Thats why we cancelled eicher booking and purchased Tata 1518 and tata lpt 909..After that my father died due to covid and from a long time i am asking Mr. dharmendra patel ji for my offer but they are not doing anything,they are just saying that we’ll do it after sometime..Long time is passed..Sir this is not fare,i need your help..I purchased tata vehicles because i thought its ratan tata sir’s company and they do charity and all also…But like this we customers are getting no response…please help…Dharmendra patel contact no. is 9165444039

    I have written an email regarding design change and replacement of silencer.
    So far you have not received a reply mail from your end, where you have charged me to replace it.

    I have contacted the customer care Mr.Arun and explained about the issue on 31st march and during my previous service also, I am enclosing the photographs of the information that has been displayed.

    I have asked for service and mentioned the issue, TAFE service has said its filter problem and they said it’s rectified after the service. I received the vehicle on 9th April 21.
    Today evening I took the vehicle out for a drive. Immediately the indicator started to busser. This problem I am highlighting for a long time still the issue is not resolved.

    The Hand brake is not working properly. They said it’s a problem in all the vehicles.

    I am not comfortable driving the vehicle with all these problems. Could I get some solution for all these problems?
    I am driving for a long distance and also with my family. If there will be any safety issues TATA motors has to take responsibility for any damages. Because it’s clearly indicating a Drive control System fault. Can I trust your vehicle and drive long distances? What is the guarantee that I will be having a safe drive?

    I would request you to kindly solve the problem and give me a guarantee that there will be no problem and i”ll be having a safe drive.

    1) Silencer Change
    2) Hand Brake
    3) Filter problem – Indicating Drive System fault.

  22. I have booked one XZ+S on 10.12.2020 from Lankeswari Motors Jeypore in Odisha. At the time of booking the concerned official told me that it will he be delivered within 9 weeks almost 4 months passed there is no concrete information that when the vehicle will be delivered. It’s really disgusting, if vehicle can’t be delivered in right time how a consumer will expect post sales services. Please reply me within a week when shall I get the vehicle
