      I am mudit khandelwal have a bank account of my firm Gokul sky vision.The A/c is 3644002100019903. I had deposited cash of 60900 in my account through cash deposite machine krishna nagar mathura on dated 18/11/20 around 2:05pm but till yet my account is not credited by the abovementioned amount i am facing problem regarding payment to my suppliers as i used to make payment through banking channel only .The concern branch is not co-operating with me regarding pls this issue resolve this issue as carefully as possible

      • महोदय मैं ग्राम प्रधान खहमरिया विकासखंड विक्रमजोत जनपद बस्ती उत्तर प्रदेश का प्रधान प्रतिनिधि के रूप में आर जी ए खाता संख्या1248000100379674 धारक हूं। महोदय मेरे द्वारा सभी आवश्यक कागजों को खाता खोले जाने के समय बैंक को उपलब्ध करा दिया गया था ।किंतु कतिपय कारणों से मेरे खाते पर ओल्ड लग गया है जिस के संबंध में लगातार दो महीने से मैं शाखा प्रबंधक पीएनबी विक्रमजोत के चक्कर काटता रहा किंतु अभी तक उक्त खाते पर से होल्ड नहीं हट सका है आए दिन मुझे और मेरी वृद्ध माता जोकि प्रधान खमरिया छावनी विकासखंड विक्रमजोत हैं उनको मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा है महोदय जैसा कि आपको ज्ञात हो 25 दिसंबर 2020 से सभी ग्राम सभा के खातों का संचालन उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा बंद कर दिया जाएगा ।उक्त स्थिति में पूर्व में किए गए कामों का भुगतान नरेगा जैसे महत्वपूर्ण शासन के कार्य योजना पर बट्टा लग जाएगा ।और हजारों गरीब शोषित पिछड़े मजदूरों का भुगतान नहीं हो पाएगा महोदय आपसे सादर निवेदन है कि उक्त प्रार्थना पत्र के संबंध में यथाशीघ्र उचित कार्रवाई करने की कृपा करें जिससे आम जनमानस का भला हो सके।

        महोदय उक्त के संबंध में कई बार शाखा प्रबंधक से कई बार लिखित मौखिक रूप से शिकायत करने पर अभी तक कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है जिससे पीएनबी बैंक शाख को धक्का जरूर लगेगा उक्त मैनेजर का कार्य व्यवहार संतोषजनक और निराशाजनक रहता है जिससे आमजन जनमानस आए दिन अनेक परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है तथा शासन प्रशासन द्वारा चलाए जा रहे महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं का संपादन समय से नहीं हो पा रहा है महोदय आपसे निवेदन है क्यों प्रकरण पर गंभीरता पूर्वक विचार करते हुए यथाशीघ्र उचित कार्रवाई करने की कृपा करें धन्यवाद

  2. Actually! I have an acquaintance with the Punjab National Bank when I was serving in the Navy during the year of around 1962/1963 !
    During those times the reputation and the fame was one of the best bank for the defense forces personnel! The Mumbai city office was at time situated in the Krimji House, fort, Mumbai 1. I happened to know the senior people, therefore, I had opened my savings account, of course we were the normal kpaid people at that time. However it was an honor to have account with the respectable PNB! The PNB’s employees at all levels were hard working, honest and lovely devotion to their work!
    With that thinking in my mind, I struggled hard to transfer my pension from the Bank of India, to the Dera Beas at the Baba Jamal Singh! After a great struggle, was successful in my mission!
    May Almighty Waheguruji/God blesses the PNB!

  3. Dear Sir, CEO/Chairman of the Punjab National Bank !
    After my printing of comments in the review, it was revealed from the reliable sources that my Ex Navy pension was transferred to the PNB Dera Beas, Baba Jamal Singh from this Bank of India SSI branch Andheri east, Mumbai on about the August 5, 2020 soon after filling a legitimate complaint with the Ministry of pension department, New Delhi! Hon. RM rendered a lot of help and support in the transfer of Navy pension!
    But it is regretted to mention here that till today the November 23, 2020, was Not deposited in my account with the Dera Beas!
    No information from the respectable PNB was received despite sending few emails to the Dera Beas, Chief Manager of the branch!
    If I was solely dependent on the Ex. Defense (Navy), I might have met with the Ram Nam Sach hai? Despite the present Government was excellent for the defense personnel’s!

    I am retired from pnb co alwar on 31.10.2018.I filed two mediclaim for Rs.21458on 31.10.2018and for Rs.3782 on24.10.201at CO ALWAR.
    Till date 3 years lapsed but i could not receive this amt.
    I wrote on every munch including your office also but all in vain.
    I humbly request you to look into the matter so that I may be receive claim amt. All details are with your customer care cell of Ho as sending approx.50 mails to them.

    My mother’s account number 1619000400152030 Branch Aurangabad district Bulandshahr (U.P). 75000 rupees were withdrawn from my mother’s account incorrectly from date 22/09/2020 to 24/09/2020.I have Complained in bank and police station. sir circled the bank almost every fourth day but the bank staff is not corporating us. In my family, I and my old widowed mother are the ones whose pension helps us.sir humble request to you plz solve this problem as soon as possible.

    • सर आपने इसके लिए बोला है काटी गई धनराशि को वापस जमा करें सर मैं और मेरी मां परेशान पर निर्भर है है बैंक की तरफ से कार्यवाही में विलंब हो रहा है हमसे कई बार फॉर्मेलिटीज करवा ली गई हैं लेकिन बैंक से हमें कोई संतुष्ट जवाब नहीं मिल रहा है 2 महीने पूरे हो चुके हैं बैंक के चक्कर काटते हुए खाते में पैसे तो आ गए हैं लेकिन उस पर होल्ड लगाया हुआ है 2 महीने हो गए होल्ड नहीं हटाया गया सर प्लीज मेरी समस्या का समाधान कीजिए

Sir, regarding release of family pension of widow smt.Asmat Khanam w/o pensioner Ghulam Mustafa ppo.no.384002 Bihar state pensioner (now deceased), I approached to pension paying branch i,e pnb Darbhanga Tower Chowk branch, bihar with all necessary papers in march 2020.But still it could not be started.
    In this connection,I mailed to cppc patna, circle office Darbhanga on 26.11.2020 and again reminded through mail dated 02.12.2020 but still there’s no mail reply of consolation to the widow.
    The widow smt.khanam is living alone as she is a issueless lady and facing hard for her livelihood.
    Kindly up-date to me latest position regarding her pension release through return mail and kindly console the widow.

  9. I am 83 year old NRI customert OBC/PNB br. 0584 Panipat. Being continuously harassed by Hon. Anil Kumar Sr Mgr. Branch Manager- Anil Kumar, Senior Branch Manager Mob No. 89302000647. He has intentionally/mischievously given me wrong phone number. The branch handles billions of rupees business a day, how such a irresponsible Mgr.running the branch. Bank statement requested a month ago not received, blocked my a/c. checks returned. Internet a/c not yet opened more than 4 weeks. Please instruct him not to torture NRI customer. Remove block from my account. Set internet banking immediately. Send the Mgr. Anil Kumar to J &K village br. Learn to respect the NRI senior citizen. Must be punished for giving wrong Mobile number.

I visited branch it belongs to Jundla karnal haryana branch . They Certified that its not mine . Now cibil is not updating this because again by pnb ho its mentiond on my pan card .
    my Contact no is 9416440421 neither any branch nor acoustmer care is listining any thing on this .
    i call to nodal officer they says its closing time we dont have time call later
    called coustmer care they says go to branch , reach branch they says we give you noc its not yours . what we do .

  12. मेरा केकड़ी जिला अजमेर राजस्थान ब्रांच में पेंशन खाता6882000300000315 लाइफ सर्टिफिकेट november2020 में ब्रांच में पेश किया परंतु खो दिया दुबारा दिसंबर2020 में पेश किया आज 2 jan तक भी पेंशन नही मिली। BM ने कहा7-8 महीने में आ जायेगी और missbehave bm हर सहाय मीणा द्वारा किया गया।

    I have a pension account with United Bank of India, Sonarpur, Kolkata-700150, West Bengal. For sometime, after the amalgamation, my UBI mobile app failed to operate. I can’t neither fund transfer nor withdraw money by check. I have followed the instruction of PNB to download the pnb app applicable for UBI from its portal in vain. Whenever I tried to post the otp to proceed further, I could not due to the absence of the keyboard. Please don’t ask me to go to my base bank at Kolkata in person and resolve the problem because I am living in Bangalore permanently. Not only that, I am an old man of seventy-nine years of age. I have already mailed my subject of my concern to your ‘Customer care cell'(care@pnb.co.in), but nobody responded. I am in an acute financial crisis. AFTER 1 WEEK THAN AMOUNT WILL NOT BE RETURNED IN MY A/C SO I COMPLAINT TO BANK’S TOLL FREE NO AND THEY ASSURE US THAT AFTER ONE WEEK YOUR WRONGLY TRANSFERRED AMOUNT IS RETURNED IN YOUR ACCOUNT .     I have been facing problem with Chandni chowk Delhi branch . I applied for release of funds deposited in my mother who expired in year 2000 June 29 I have submitted all my papers as required by branch manager mr anil jha he even asked me to singh the receipt also and I did so but for more than last 4 four months nothing has been updated to me acxept saying that we have mailed to head office for updating the kyc of my mother

    Kindly refer to my complaint Number- CW 1301202111134401.Thank you for your closing my home loan account and revoking ECS. But it has taken more than two months, a large number of calls and complaints and speaking to Mr Surendra, Branch Manager, PNB, Chopasni road, jodhpur. But it did not happen till I had to request my brother to personally visit your branch for the same. It is indeed very unfortunate that PNB is unable to take care of the customers. Hope good sense prevails in senior leadership for corrective action.

    I Daya Ram Sanehi son of Ganga Ram resident of house no. 76 Kodar abakhta keda unnao uttar Pradesh pincode-209863. I was having saving account in Punjab National Bank, account no.- 0413000100286012, branch-Jawahar Nagar Unnao RO Kanpur, ifsc code-PUNB0967900.I was employed in BSNL Office Unnao and due to sickness and my health problem I taken V.R.S. on dated 31 Jan 2020.While on service I was getting salary of Rs 45,000 per month. When my V.R.S. amount transferred to said bank branch, branch manager Mr. Manoj called me in branch and said to have fixed deposit of Rs 1,04,500 and said that deposited amount will be doubled i.e. Rs 2,09,000 after completion of 5 years. Since I am a lay man not having any knowledge about insurance policies and said amount was deposited in PNB MetLife and a policy bearing serial no.-23248070, client Id no.-56700114 was sent on my said address. Since, my family consist of wife, husband and 4 major children and elder daughter of marriageable age. I have no means of livelihood other than amount received through V.R.S. . I never intended to take said PNB Metlife policy. Manager Mr. Manoj had intention to give PNB Metlife policy , instead of fixing said amount for 5 Years. Hence played fraud and even signature of my wife not taken on aadhar card and Pan card. Name of wife and mother also mentioned in policy is wrong. Inspite of having Pan card form 60 was filled up. When I went to branch to conform regarding Fixed Deposit, I found that instead of Fixing amount in Fix deposit (term policy), my PNB Metlife policy has been done on my name. It is a clear fraud and misappropriation of my money which I got by V.R.S.

    Kindly investigate the matter and wrong doer may kindly be prosecuted under criminal proceeding and said amount of Rs 1,04,500 may kindly be refunded to me as said amount was taken from my account after playing foul game and fraud with me.

    Phir hum dusare sir ke pass gaye tab unhone khud humara atm dikhwaya

    24 min baad seat par aaye or bole ye register le jao or un sir se note kara lo

I was having saving account in Punjab National Bank, Account no.- 3679000400166761, Customer Id No. – 302313755, Branch-Jawahar Nagar Unnao RO Kanpur, IFSC code-PUNB0967900. I was employed in BSNL Office Unnao and due to sickness and my health problem I taken V.R.S. on dated 31 Jan 2020. I taken VRS some tome due to sickness on bed then time present time on bed. My whole body wound present time (Photo & Medical Report Attached). While on service I was getting salary of Rs. 45,000 per month. When my V.R.S. amount transferred to said bank branch, branch manager Mr. Manoj called me in branch and said to have fixed deposit of Rs 1,04,500 and said that deposited amount will be doubled i.e. Rs 2,09,000 after completion of 5 years. Since I am a lay man not having any knowledge about insurance policies and said amount was deposited in PNB MetLife and a policy bearing serial no.-23247486, client Id no.-56698926 was sent on my said address. Since, my family consists of wife deceased, husband on bed for illness and 4 major children unemployed. I have no means of livelihood other than amount received through V.R.S. . I never intended to take said PNB Metlife policy. Manager Mr. Manoj had intention to give PNB Metlife policy , instead of fixing said amount for 5 Years. Hence played fraud and even signature of my son Prem Kumar not taken on Aadhar card, High School Certificate Year 2010 and Pan card. Name of son Prem Kumar date of birth also mentioned in policy is wrong. My son Prem Kumar date birth High School Certificate mentioned 16-08-1993. My son Prem Kumar holder of PAN Card No.-EXEPK2597D not mentioned. Inspite of having Pan card form 60 was filled up. When my elder Pradeep Kumar went to branch to conform regarding Fixed Deposit, I found that instead of Fixing amount in Fix deposit (term policy), my PNB Metlife policy has been done on my name physically unfit policy time. It is a clear fraud and misappropriation of my money which I got by V.R.S.
    Kindly investigate the matter and wrong doer may kindly be prosecuted under criminal proceeding and said amount of Rs 1,04,500 may kindly be refunded to me as said amount was taken from my account after playing foul game and fraud with me.

    I am a customer of your bank. The printing machin of branch DAV SCHOOL VIKAS PURI NEW DELHI is not working from a very long time. The staff of the brach is not taking any action to resolove the problem. I had requested to the manager also but the problem is still continue. The custumers are facing this problem on daily basis.     I’ve a current account in PNB Ambedkar Road Ghaziabad, whose account number is “3703002100304528” in the name of “I S PHARMA”, IFSC code PUNB0370300.

    On 20th june, 2020, I gave an application letter in the bank to terminate this account mentioned above and to transfer the balance from this account to my other existing account in PNB bank, account number “05261131000856 PNB LOHIA NAGAR, Ghaziabad” IFSC code PUNB0052610. Transaction was done at that time but the account was not closed.

    Now, I’ve given another application on 19th March, 2021, requesting to close that account as soon as possible but no action has been taken yet and that account is still active.
    Due to this, I’m being charged for having zero balance in that account and money is being deducted from that account of mine, from the transactions which are being done in the said account.

    I request you to look into the matter and take the action required immediately, to terminate this account and to transfer all the transactions from this account to the other one which I’ve mentioned above.
    And also, to refund all the bank charges which is deducted from this account.

  33. We are availing certain credit facilities from your new railway road branch in gurgaon. We have a warehouse at Jalisana near Kadi,Ahemdabad where we have approx 70 people employed there. We sent our operations head to your jalisana branch for opening of the staff accounts which BM has refused asking the company should have their CA with the branch.

    जिनका अकाउंट नंबर 6387008800002473 है। जो CCTV FOOTAGE में भी क्लीयर दिखाई दे रहा है। परन्तु बैंक मैनेजर और केसियर ने मिलकर धोखाधड़ी करके इन पैसों को जमा नही किया है और न ही जमा करने की स्लीप मेरे पिताजी से भरवाई गई है। मेरे पिताजी अशिक्षित होने के कारण ही बैंक मैनेजर और केसियर ने मिलकर उनके साथ यह धोखाधड़ी की और उनसे ये पैसे लेकर कह दिया कि बाबा आपके पैसे जमा हो गए हैं। परन्तु जब चार पांच दिन बाद पासबुक एन्ट्री कराने गये तो उनकी एन्ट्री नही हुई तो उन्हें पता चला है कि उनके साथ धोखाधड़ी हो गई है। अतः आपसे विन्रम निवेदन है कि इस पर शीघ्र कारवाई करते हुए। और CCTV FOOTAGE को चैक करते हुए हमे हमारे पैसे दिलवाने का कष्ट करें। आपकी अति क्रपा होगी ।
