    This is to notify you that how your customer is bees harassed by you staff Mr. Dilip Kohli for refund of my erroneously transferred amount a week back.
    He refused to transfer my money back to me from the source it was received from top of that with his Rude behaviour his asking for my bank account detail which is unethical.
    Nobody should have right to ask anyone for their bank account details, his saying it’s as per our “COMPANY POLICY” he also said Barry RUDLY that “GALTI TO AAPKA HI HAI NA” is this a first case of wrong transfer to you all ever? Who gives him authority to be rude and refuses to do his duty rather direct me to customer care after A WEEK time?? If that’s your standard process why was I not directed to customer care tram in first place??
    Who would give interest on my money for all this day of delay??

    Being a banker and in service job too and I understand customer experience have sorted much more such cases with much larger amount but this kind of behaviour is unacceptable.
    Bring your members want to see what service level do you all hold.

    I regret to inform your customers are not being cared by your staffs careless attitude instead of right service approach.
