I am a savings bank account holder in IOB, since 1975, in the main branch at KUMBAKONAM. Also hold account in other three branches IOB in Tamil Nadu.
Now a days the credibility of IOB is decreasing fast , they never attend the call by the customer, almost in all branches, their politeness, kindness , sincerity, dedication, towards customer is decreasing. The branches are avoiding customer services., including the customer service section in the HO. One has to wait more than half an hour in phone to get connected to customer service. The ATM service is stoped intermittently, the system is going out function, often almost in all branches. I request and expect these matters should be looked by management immediately. Thank you sir.

i went to iob bank of polichalur branch (bank ifsc code IOBA0002747) for jewelry loan purpose on 07 oct 2020. Bank staff given form and taken jewel all process done. I noticed bank cashier not wearied face mask, then i informed to manager.i have taken picture of cashier , manager noticed my self of taken picture. Then immediately manager given instruction to bank staff for cancel my jewel loan and he argument to myself for don’t compliant any were.
Manager harshly spoken and threatened of cancelling my loan. Please do the enquiry and take action.
