    • Oh oH!! paying a bitter price for switching from LG to IFB Washing machine. PAy more, for poor service. Purchased a highend washing machine on June 2, 2021. Supply completed on 7th June after consistent follow up. Service engineer commissions machine slyly without highlighting the damage, and leaves the site abruptly when no interest was shown in buying extras from him. Since then I am on the run following up for replacing the machine. YOu pay up fully and then get harassed. No response to emails to the CEO either. Unfortunately, laws in our country is not on our side. Hence they are exploiting it.

    My macrovabe oven was stopped working in that time i call
    your service centre.Name is SIMNA TECHNOLOGIES (KADIR IFB SERVICE
    PATNA)which was in Addhar Shila Comlex,Shop.No-58,Near RBI
    ,Gandhimaidan ,Patna.A tech man Mr Rajnikant(M.No-62027836530) come my
    house BARH. In time he said me to another person repair the my
    oven.Next few days latter another person come and advice me to oven is
    not repair in my house. than he picpup my oven to service centre
    ,PATNA.Then two months latter i many times reminder to Mr KADIR who is
    the incharge/owner of service centre.after two months i visited
    service centre my oven is not repaired .A few owr waiting the oven
    delivered from MR.KADIR(M.NO-7564901746).And i paid 3500/-(Three
    thousand five hundred ) for repairing charge. Next day in home i
    started oven but no heating .then i call to MR Kadir.he tolld MR
    Rajnikant who was a tech man see the problum .but no can visited my
    home after 20 days .how i can purchage IFB product.
    so i request
    you to solve the matter.

    For taking AMC money, they are at your door steps the very next day.
    But to attend a service call they are least bothered. I registered a complaint on the 19th of August.20.
    Till now no bluddey response.
    Even the corporate office are sleeping.
    They are really Indian fine BLANKS.
    They are blanks, can’t remember.

    2. Had purchased two 1.5 ton split ACs in Yr-2019 as follows:
    -16 May 2019: Invoice No. SGT/19-20/0003 dated 16 May 2019 of Shri Gayatri Traders, 2nd Floor, RZ-F-23/3-0, F-Block, Dabri Extension, ND-110045.
    – 05 July 2019: IFB Invoice No. 3610031380 dated 05 July 2019.
    3. Although the catalog and the labels on the ACs mention three free services, we have yet to get even one at either of the places despite tele-calls to IFB and emails to IFB Customer Service.

    I have owned a washing Machine for the last 17 years and have been proud owner of your product and services. The Washing machine ELena has been a state of art and has been working successfully for such a long time. It has been under comprehensive AMC for services from last 8 years.

    But this time I am having a very pathetic experience of your services. My washing machine broke down and I lodged a complaint on customer care on 22nd August (No. 1005361368). When I didn’t got a response for 2 days, I called again on 30th Aug. I was told someone will call. Again, I didn’t get any response. Again followed up on 3rd September and I am still waiting for a response.

    I understand there are delays due to Covid but at least someone should be bothered to let us know what is the situation. I even tried to contact my local service center (Datar Services – Mr. Joshi & Mr. Demello). They neither bothered to take my call nor responded in whats app.

    I am very much agonised and never expected such pathetic service. I am very sure I will never buy your product in future. My only bad luck is that I am stuck with AMC for 2 Years so I cannot throw the machine.

    I am not sure whether anyone will respond to this mail also.

      Four years since we bought their washing machine and facing a new problem every week.

    His an one of the worst product
    Cloths are not wash properly and then if put blanket mode cloths are cutting

  10. Disappointed from IFB service. I called at the customer care and after lot of efforts, finally registered my complaint about replacememt of broken glass of my microwace. But they don’t bother about the complaints. None approached me after 4-5 complaints.

  13. My top loader washing machine was purchased in Aug 2018 and within a span of a few months it’s stopped functioning. I have been sending emails to their customer service dept. since last 8 months requesting to send their technician. They have started giving me an excuse of lock down. Now the lock down has already been relaxed by 95% in our locality at Thane (W). Everything is opened and still they don’t take any initiative to send their technician to get my machine repaired. Machine is under warranty of 10 years. Absolutely fed up with their behavior. Have not only decided to take this matter up with local consumer court but also decided not to purchase any IFB appliances in future. Very very worse service by IFB.

  15. When I want to purchase washing machine and take review from all friends I became a really big fan of IFB brand. And of course it works so good for two years.
    But suddenly it’s stop working. But I know that your company gives best service. So just contact service providers. They came and said we will be back in few days with parts..
    But with a huge badluck that still they just give me time and not came. Even my first complain was closed without service. Gave second complain and it’s allready 7 days and still no one came for service. They give time two times and I waited for the same but no one came for it. Hope you guys don’t compromise with the best REPUTATION of IFB. My last complain number was 1005694576 which is still not solved even the washing machine is under warranty.

    We purchased IFB Washing machine ELITE AQUA SX (7 Kg capacity) 2015 year.But under AMC 18.07.2020 To 17.07.2021.Complaint given on 04.09.2020 no.1005427407. Again complaint given 3 times but not responding.
    As per toll free i called he tell complaint was cancelled .Not resolve the problem. Complaint closed why.

    Again 4th time complaint given on 20.11.2020 no1005838156.Last 3months service center at piler not attending phones.So ple.attend solve the problem as early as possible

  20. It’s really a worst customer care service from IFB…All the executives and technicians commitment towards customer complaints are false and fake…
    I have purchased a washing machine in July 2019 Top loader TL-SDG 9.5Kg Aqua. My washing machine is under warranty period for 4yrs (machine) + 10 yrs(parts).All of sudden it’s stopped working as it’s drum is not spinning.
    I have logde a complaint on 20 th November regarding, the customer care assured me that my complaints will be resolved within 96 hrs. Since then they send a technician, but he is unskilled and untrained unable to detect the problem and made an excuse that he need a big tool for opening it which is not available now…when we will have that tool we will attend it…Can anyone imagine Such a global company IFB..They are not having their necessity tools and equipment…
    Since that day I am waiting to resolve my complaint… Meanwhile in this pandemic it is very problematic to pile up heaps of clothes unwashed…
    As we are all working in my house..No one time to washing it manually..
    I don’t know.. when they will resolve my complaint…I have registered my complaint for five times to the Head office Raipur, the Executive of this office also make false commitment…
    They are expert in making fool of the customer.. I’m reallyfed up with their behaviour. They are irresponsible towards the the customer support services.. It’s really an extremely worst experience and un tolerable act of the IFB executive and technician towards customers…

  21. Facing issues with the washing machine for close to one year… The latest Complaint # on the account is 1006049135…. This is just one complaint #… there are several more.. The way in which your Customer Service (Voice, Chat email, Escalations Desk, Area Escalations) is setup is really something that the executive team needs to check… The AMC schemes are coming-across as a money syphoning process.   23. IFB is a cheater!! Pathetic product, services and response. Purchased TLRSS top loader for Rs 19K and after just starting drum tilted and big rod fell down from inside. replacement came after 6 days, and this also stopped working after 4 days as PCB defective.For all these 15 days online says I am not registered and not ordered any product. Auto email and sms response reg ticket generation. Many personnel claim as area manager, and i spent so much time in contacting and messaging and explaining to each one of them. and they all assured another replacement but not responded thereafter. after much pursuing, they now say that this product is out of stock, and they can product an older inferior model but i have to pay extra. I asked for same model or refund, and they again have gone quiet after much assurances. its mind blowing. I gave away operational 14yrs old wonderful Samsung fully automatic machine thinking that i will buy a new machine and got cheated by IFB misrepresentations. Please dont buy IFB product. Its fraud. Trust me.

  24. I have purchased 1 ton AC three years back and it is constantly giving me problem. The trick they played is during warranty they somehow repaired prolonged the failure so once out of warranty they can take money.. Beware of this company, their products and services are miserable. If you want to spend more and have headache please go for IFB product.

  27. The AMC of my Elina aqua washing machine expired on 25.02.2021 ..since than I am that continuously contacting customer care on telephone to renew the same. Today the machine has gone out of order and on lodging complaint ..the technician came . He said that some parts will be changed which will cost about Rs.4000/- . I asked him about the AMC . he said that only after the machine is repaired .. fresh AMC will be done. Means I will have to spend 4000/- to get the machine in order. For AMC renewal no body is responding..

  28. Worst service experience, the IFB people exploits customer every year for AMC, and on another hand there franchise people collect money on one pretext or another for there every visit.
    And the machine is always in a break down state.
    Better to go for local unbranded machines, who give service far better then IFB

    After requesting a lot your executive visited on 29th may and he told me that some part is not functional and will replace on 31st may (Monday)

    And now its 3rd June and there is no response.

    I am very disappointed with IFB Service Very poor service, Please solve the issue ASAP

  31. मैंने IFB का सुप्रसिद्ध प्रिमियर वाशिंग मशीन सैनिरोटा खरीदा। प्रत्येक साल उसका AMC करवाता हूँ। यह समझ आया कि मैं मूर्खतावश AMC करवाता था। इस कंपनी की after सर्विसेज सबसे खराब है, मशीन की साल में 3 फ्री सर्विसिंग होनी चाहिए। विनती कर कर के एक सर्विसिंग भी मिलना मुश्किल है, ये तब, जबकि सेविस सेंटर, जबलपुर (म.प.) में मेरे घर से मात्र 100 मीटर की दूरी पे है। अभी मेरी वाशिंग मशीन पिछले 5 दिनों से शॉक-अप्स टूटने की वजह से खराब है, कंप्लेंट no. 1006818515 है। अभी तक कोई खबर लेने वाला नही।

    इन लोगों को वाशिंग मशीन बेचना हो उद्देश्य है, मशीन इतनी हल्की है कि रोज परेशान होना पड़ता है। इस्का पूरा डिसप्ले सिस्टम AMC होने के बावजूद हमको 5500/- रुपये में ठीक करवाना पड़ा। हम ये वाशिंग मशीन लेकर ठगा सा महसूस कर रहे हैं।

I had purchased IFB Automatic Dish Washer (Model :-Neptune SX1) on 28-April-2021,Service Enginner visited my home for installation,he told that this product will be replaced by company due to manufacturing defect.He generated Replacement ID.Till date(18-june-2021) no replaced the dishwasher.No supportive customer care/service center. no call came.

    This is with reference to the complaint registered regarding sparking in IFB microwave. My product is under AMC and we had registered the complaint on 21st of June and technician from IFB Company had also attended but he could not understand the problem due to which the microwave is releasing sparks. The next day we again registered the complaint and the same technician again called us and told that the cavity of the machine was to be changed but he did not turn up and told the higher authorities that the problem has been resolved as I received a message on my registered mobile number. We again registered a complaint on 26th of June and asked for a senior technician to attend our problem and fortunately this request of mine had been accepted and the call centre assured us that the technician would come to attend the problem within two days but it is the fourth day and no one has yet turned up.
    I request you to kindly take necessary actions as soon as possible and if your technician is not much capable to resolve the issue then kindly arrange for the refund of my AMC amount immediately.If at all IFB is unable to attend my complaint then it is requested to kindly arrange to refund my AMC amount with interest please.

    I have raised the complaint in IFB on 7th July 2021, for regular service (as more than 1 year not done).

    For this case Technical Engineer from Shree Sai Service visited the same day, and he asked if there were any other issues, so we said there is some noise coming. So for that issue he opened the machine to check & said there is one part that needs to be replaced, so replaced the part on both sides ( charged Rs. 5,555 with a visiting fee) & I paid the charges.

    Also he said that part life is 5-6 years & part coming with MFG date. He showcased the Defective part MFG date & date year was 2018-19.
    I asked how it gets faulty in 2 years, If the part life is 5–6 years & on this he said some time the date is mismatched / type the wrong date year by the company itself. It means IFB parts has been duplicate.

    The new part date year showed as 2021, Is this original part of IFB?

    After 2-3 days again the same noise was coming, so again I called IFB service ( 17th July 2021) center for “issues not resolved”. The operator said we will send the engineer again to check the issues.

    Yesterday (20th July 2021 2.15pm) the same Technical Engineer again visited, opened the door, ran the drum manually & said “The drum is faulty you need to replace the drum now” the company shared the quotation with you. It’s all in only 2 minutes. It means that part is not required to be changed.

    1. Three is no proper information shared.
    2. Visiting report not shared.
    3. Companies share the quotation but which company IFB or Shree Sai Service ?
    4. How do they share the quotation over the email / call ?
    5. What about the part that changed 5 days back ?
    6. Both the time Engineer comes in formal wear, ID card not showcase. The IFB operator said Engineer comes in Uniform with an ID card.

    IFB team, request you to i want a call from your Sr. Person regarding this issue & resolve ASAP.

    I think Shree Sai Service company engineer is not capable of resolving these issues.

  40. Your technician who visited today had not follow the covid appropriate behaviour during the change of cavity.
    The cavity brought by your technician was of upgraded model of 20SC2 which was demanded by the same technician from IFB company during his last visit without ascertaining the year of model as he is a same person who do AMC one and half year back he misguided the company and the customer suffers. The complaint was register to your toll free no. on 16/17 June 2021. Your technician was not properly equipped with his tools due to which he couldn’t unscrew the nuts, Even the solution for removing corrosion was also finished while doing his job so what is the use of such technician who do not have proper toolkit. The cavity again was demanded by your technician on the spot and the cavity which was brought by some other person at my residence was delivered in an unboxed condition. Due to poor tools your technician failed to unscrew the nuts and told me that he will come back again tomorrow. Your service manager Mr. Arpit Mb no. 9988379336 called me and gives his explanation and told me that my microwave will be called to his service centre then only it will be repaired he is not accepting that the technician is not fully equipped by his tools and he fails to open the nuts. The company lost his faith first of all due to so many days delay service. Secondly the cavity which was ordered by your technician without ascertaining the year of model as he is a same person who did AMC one and half year ago he misguided the company and the customer suffers. Thirdly your technician during his visit today touches my Tap, Utensils, Gas stoves without my permission and not followed the Covid appropriate behavior. Kindly refund my money of AMC if your company is not in a position to serve the customer after sale service.
    Not following the covid appropriate behaviour by the IFB company employees during attending the fault is a serious concern for the company against the Ministry of Home affairs GOVT. OF INDIA guidelines.


  42. No help provided. Dishwasher not working but technician is just not coming. When re-complained got abused by customer service. When called again was told “sir if you were abrupt or rude you could be abused and that is normal”. This is how good the customer service is.

  43. I am surprised to learn today IFB hires goons / unsocial elements as customer service engineer to abuse and threaten customer for service request raised by them. Never get associated with such brand who don’t value the hard earned money customer spent on their product at the time of purchase, you will receive a defective and substandard product from them which would be giving trouble and hiccups from from the day one of the usage.
