  2. I brought a new honda CB shine DRS 2019 model in 12/08/2019 from kunj auto sales sisauna road sitarganj U. S. NAGAR.
    They are not registered my two in RTO don’t give me registration certificate letter.

  3. I went to service center on nearby a week before (16sep) for battery issue.
    They said they will replace my battery within 4-5 days. Commitment done by Mr. Mohit (patparganj, Delhi branch)

    Today I went there after calling repeatedly so many times, they finally committed to deliver battery today. But I got disappointed again because they were not able to return my battery and Mr.Mohit was unavailable today. They again committed for Wednesday.

    I beared loss of my work today (for more than 1000 inr )just because of their wrong commitment of delivering battery today.

    Please make them responsible enough to satisfy your customer.

    I had raised three issued vide ticket no 1-90057438386 on 4th October in the trailing mail. I have received the mail and sms saying your issued have been resolved but not rcvd any response of following points.

    I am a loyal customers of Honda 2 Wheelrs and have 2 scooters of Honda at home. I have purchased one Honda 6G Activa Standard model from Shri Balaji Honda, Near Naveen Mandi, Bareilly Road, Haldwani-263139 on 1st October

    I have faced few issues while buying the scooter from the dealer

    1) I have booked the scooter with a price of Rs 79491 ( including the basic price of Rs 65649, but when I went there to purchase the scooter on 1st October they told me that the scooter price has increased and sold me the scooter for an additional cost of 510 ( Total price Rs 80010 including basic price Rs 66122)

    My question is when I booked the scooter 3-4 days pre informing / stating that I will purchase/ take delivery of the scooter on 1st of October only, can they increase the price

    2) They have taken a Registration fees of Rs 7620 but the registration fees is only 6370 vide receipt no UK4D201000000091 dt 4 Oct on the name of Ms. Urvashi Upadhyay

    The break up cost is

    a) Basic cost- Rs 66122

    b) Insurance- Rs 5509

    c) RTO- Rs. 7620

    d) Extended Warranty- Rs. 759

    Is the fees can exceed the value charged by the dealer by Rs 1250

    3) The Floor Incharge Mr Atul didnt deal with me in a behaved manner and used proper langue. He told me that I am not doing any favour on them by purchaising scooter from them. I do understand that Honda is market leader in market but this kind of experience can be detrimental for you share.

    When I bought yours it was fine but after one month around OCT vehicle colours are peeling off from the body. I have complained multiple times with your service center since 01/09/2020 but they are listening to me and blaming us it had gotten dent of the vehicle even though there was no dent mark in my vehicle. Its color continuously removes Honda activa and seems like a second hand vehicle.

    I have faced following issues:
    1.In showroom there is person named Ajit mishra has no way to talk to a customer.
    2.In My first and second services I filed a complaint that front wheel is bubling but that too not solved.
    3.Now,at present heavy amount of smoke was coming out so we call the showroom and they said there is work in engine may it cost 3500/- or more but I want to know is your motors parts are so cheap that there is work in engine in just 3 years other point we have extended our warranty for 5 years which costs 1000/- and we are getting no benefit of that extended warranty.
    Please you try to solve our matter otherwise honda is a big company but our review affects it too much and from this incident(if matter not solved)then not even me but my known people too going to boycott your motors.

  9. I purchased a AMC contract for my Honda Eterno before lock down in india. After lockdown when I reached to Honda Service station on VIP road, Vadodara, they told me that Eterno service is not being done. So I contacted the person who had issued my AMC book. He asked me to change over AMC to my Activa vehicle. After doing the said thing when I visited again the same service station and asked to for service. The person there show me that there is no record of AMC even for my Eterno or my active. Strange.
    This is one type of fraud and I am thinking to take legal actions against the Honda.

  10. I purchased HONDA CB SHINE in May 2015. I am extremely frustrated with its performance. Every morning it creates problem in getting started. Secondly, it is giving mileage of 31kmpl currently. Many a times I took it to service centre, bit problem is not yet solved.

    Executives of Mascot Honda don’t have manners on how to talk with customers.

    I called 3 times on 8449431000 on this number for my HSRP number plate –
    1st call picked by a man, he said he is confirming me in 15 min but they didn’t call me back.
    2nd call was done by me and picked by a female, she said call after 20 min for response.
    3rd call was done by me, picked by a female, and she told me how many times you called and asked.

    I didn’t get an answer in all 3 calls. Worst company and employee.

    Need immediate action.

    Did not expect this from such a brand. They cheat their customers by providing defected bikes and later on put blame on customers.

    I highly recommend NOT TO BUY Honda Activa. I got defected Activa which is not being replaced or refunded. Please go for TVS Jupiter guys and not buy Activa as its not a good brand anymore.

    I purchased a Honda SP125 on 30/09/2020 and I am facing many problems on first day i am useing and have visited the service center 3,4 times every month. And I have been service’s on time with Honda Service Center.

    1. 3 time engine packing ISSUE (but still the same issue). Every time engine oil leaks
    2. 3 timely service. (Last service performed on 19 March)
    3. Mileage issue
    4. Pickup issue

    Three times service was performed on Shubhan Sai Honda Vikas Nagar Najafgarh Road. This service center is the worst service center for any trained engineer and laundry person. And every time I pay 1200 ++. after servcies raise new problems.

  17. I had bought my Honda Activa 6G(Red) on 19th June 2020. It was running smoothly until I started facing problems with it. Its combi brake system was failing to act like a clutch while self starting. It’s horn keeps on dimming maybe due to battery switch problem. I already have an extended warranty on my car.I took the scooter to my nearest service centre in 3A near Cancer Hospital,Kolkata but the service in charge officials did not respond to my problems. They did not attend me and told me that I have to leave my scooty back to their service centre . But I am facing trouble because I cannot go to my office without it during pandemic time… I did not expect such product and service from Honda . My scooty had run for 2975kms only while I started facing problems with it. This problem has been continuing dor about 1.5 months. Did not expect such poor quality service from HONDA.

  20. One of my friend has purchased Unicorn bike from Krishnadeep, Howrah on November’20.
    We have the faith on Honda for their product and service.

    But from first week we are suffering for this bike ( Starting problem )
    We have reported several time to service center but problem not resolved yet.
    Minimum 10-11 times they took our bike but main problem not resolved, after 2-3 days this problem come again.
    I have send the mail to customer care of Honda but they also taking this matter lightly. Right now my bike is in service center for last 2-3 days.
    Also I will spread this in Social media.

I visited yesterday at honda deaership near mee (aditya honda) regarding some problems in m bike .I had gone there to show the problems which i am facing like `Paint peel off’ in lock set then `Rusting in Chasis ‘ and the riht side logo on the tank has also worn off . The major issue is the gearshifting which is very hard and gives problem while riding . I was explaining this all problems with the manager but he was treating me with a very rude behaviour and arogant tone which was not acceptable to me. He directly told me that the parts are not available and then told that you have taken the Bike from `Parekh motors ‘ . If you have taken bike from aditya honda then i will do everything in free of cost . This was the reply from him i think we as a customer expect a good service from honda in every workshop . Not expected by a big brand like Honda . I want my issue solved as soon as Possible . Whoever from honda customer support look into this matter and the misbehavior regarding service in ADITYA HONDA . I expect a reply from honda asap .

  22. I have again been disappointed with your service as per previous email. But the problem still persists. I have already given my motorcycle to the Siddhivinayak Honda workshop Rajkot on 4 september 2021. They have called me and said that now there is a magnet issue. I totally disagree with their argument. I don’t want to listen to anything now, I just want to replace the engine. I have already given more time to resolve this issue to honda. But still Honda can’t solve the problem. then please replace the Engine and after some time the engine will be out of warranty then honda will never take my issue seriously. and I know this so I will not pick up my motorcycle till I don’t get a permanent solution. I am already wasting the time and my money also for repairing this Motorcycle even though the warranty period service center charges me for replacement of the engine parts and I had paid also but everything is enough now. service center said that Magnet issue and they have to replace the Magnet and it’s not available. They will take time to get the part. but every time honda is making me fool with this kind of understanding. I just want to replace the engine now before the warranty is over. and please contact me for more clarification and get in touch with me.

    I had bought this my motorcycle 2 to 3 years ago but there is a problem in this that when the key is engaged after opening the lock while keeps moving it, then the key comes out after jerking, due to which my 1st key has been lost then I had to log in FIR for the same done too.

    But as per warranty policy my Bike’s lock should get changed in warranty which are not doing by the service center And talking rudely.

    From the day of delivery having issue in starting Switch so they repair at first day but still issue is there.

    I complaint every time having issue in starting Switch but the Shop floor service executive only do the repairing.

    5 times repair was done but still issue is there.

In a recent service on 25th March, from Matrix Honda (Matrix Auto Ventures, Udupi, Karnataka), I requested the engineer to check the accelerator, suspension, smoothness, and mileage, and starting problem. They charge Rs 2257 (bill attached) but to my surprise, problems still persist. Since it is very difficult to go again and again for the same problem and due to my official engagement, I am not been able to reach the service center.

    I am sure, even if I go again with a request, they will not do the job to my satisfaction. There is no call from their team to know the customer’s feedback.

    I beg you to please look into the matter and request the respected service team of Honda Matrix to serve the customers with dignity and to their satisfaction.

    I am sure this email will be taken seriously to address the customers of Honda Activa of Udupi like me. I don’t expect any compromise on the quality of service. My hard-earned money should not go to waste.

    Please suggest, how can i rise complain against Matrix Honda so that i don’t suffer.
