Annu Kumari (Relation ship Mgr) Delhi & his contact no 011-66374305,which was LIFE TIME FREE,but now I got bill of RS.2500/ chargeable for “RENEWAL MEMBERSHIP FEES” which is not valid for me as commitment by relationship mgr.Actually I don’t need this card but she given me forcelly this card.

    It is intimated that I Sanjay Kumar employed in Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) Paramilitary Force took a Two – Wheeler loan from HDFC Bank Narwal Jammu and Kishmir of Rs 44215/- ( Vehicle No. JKOK BW 0680) on an EMI of Rs 2415/- which had to be automatically deducted on 5th day of every month from my given Salary account i.e Account number 30455172730 ( State Bank of India)
    It is also intimated that now I have been transferred from Jammu and Kashmir to Sikkim in the year 2018 and my old contact number was barred. Recently, I visited SBI, Geyzing, Sikkim in connection with a loan and I got to know from the authorities that 01 installment of Rs 2415/- was not deducted by the HDFC bank and neither was I contacted/ informed about the same but the same has been updated in my CIBIL score as WRITTEN –OFF whereas I had already given my consent while taking the loan that the bank will have the power to deduct my EMI without any hindrance.
    Further, I have approached HDFC Bank Jammu many times through telephonic call on Mobile Number 9419267215 requesting them to rectify the same and after getting to know that one of my EMI was due, I paid the same immediately along with penal interest and NOC has also been issued to me by the concerned bank (Copy enclosed) but no response has been received till date from them regarding rectification of the WRITTEN OFF entry in my CIBIL score.
    Therefore, it is my utmost request that HDFC may kindly be approached and directed to do the same immediately so that my CIBIL score can improve and I can take another loan from SBI which at moment is impossible due to adverse entry in my CIBIL score.
    Therefore, it is requested to please consider my case and WRITTEN –OFF close in my CIBIL.

    Moonlight Tools Private Limited our cash credit a/c no.50200007993484. 

    After lots of discussion and email, Still there is no action has been taken by the bank. We told them about the reversal of interest so many times from August 2019. But there is only two month interest has been reversed by the bank. Bank authorities do not take it seriously. Moreover, bank continuously charged extra interest. Bank almost Charges Rs.25.00 lac extra interest from us. Your official Customer service are very bad. From last one year we are waiting for their answer. If HDFC behave like this how you can retain your customer.

  6. I am presently staying in U.K. I am now unqable to operate my svgs account in Siddhachal branch, Thane, for want of OTP. I was getting my OTP numbers through my e,mail so far. But suddenly this facility was taken off from their format. Neither am I getting the information through messages, nor through e,mail, with the result my account has become inoperative, I had to pay the hospital charges for my friend recently, but the high sounding bank could not help me and i HAD TO TAKE LOAN FROM ANOTHER FRIEND.. Even now I had made several request to reinstall my existing facility of e.mail and nobody seems to care. Water Water everywhere but not a drop to drink.

    As I would like to inform you I have a one credit card last four digit is …5263 as I got message to upgrade your card to increase limit then I proceed regarding the same , meanwhile I had a payment which I have paid it fully before my due date, next month I got a statement including my previous payment + late payment charges + current month payment, after this I called to Customer care no 18002676161 but after calling lots of time the Number never connect to customer care beside this I called to nodal officer no which is 0124-4664245 but after calling several the no. was not picked up, however I sent mail and inform regarding the same to the mail Id which is also inform to the nodal officer Email id, but after sending numerous reminders they did not reply me neither by mail nor by number , now I am being received threating call to make a payment of the number is 01203601242.
    on the another hand I did not receive the upgraded card although I inform them to send the to my new address, also visited branch and informed regarding the same

    I am an existing customer for HDFC from the last more than 5 years and I have been availing personal loans based on my requirement.
    I had an irrecoverable incident with the recent loan whose details are mentioned below.
    Personal Loan Agreement Number. 115441906  for INR 2490000/- (TWENTY FOUR LAKHS and NINETY THOUSAND)

    This is to bring it to your notice that I have applied for a personal loan through a follow up made from the below contact details claimed as Sailekha and Varsha might be fake names for sure.

    Apart from the above contact details I have also copied the person to whom I have shared the documents to process the loan, I had a proof in my SENT items along with the Whatsapp chat history claiming their promises.
    Before processing the loan, these ladies promised me that there is an Offer valid for the month of DEC/2020 where they can wave off the processing fees, zero pre-closing charges after 12 EMI’s and 0.5% cashback on the loan amount constituting a total of 4704 + 200 + 12450 = Rs 17354/-
    In addition to the above offers they have promised, It also incurred me a pre-emi interest of Rs. 12177/- which they promised to wave off when I told them that I will avail the loan in between 01/JAN/2021 and 05/JAN/2021 instead on 22/DEC/2020, they forced me to avail the loan saying that they are going to help me cope up with all these offers and wave off the charges 
    Note : The persons who made a follow up with me seem to be reporting to Swathi and Nagaraju as i have spoken with them during processing on some questions/concerns/clarifications, Swathi confirmed that Sailekha is going to process the Offer.
    Now the total amount consolidated to 17354 + 12177 = Rs 29531/- which they promised me to make a settlement in the form of a refund, it’s been more than a week now they are not at all responding to calls.
    I can understand that these offers were not associated with the HDFC bank.
    Your incentives and targets might have an indirect reflection on these false promises from these greedy people,  but how would you like to avoid these types of fraud/cheat/false promises from the personal loan processing department in the future ?
    Spending some time and writing this in the hope of preventing these types of frauds/cheating with any customers in the future and also help me fulfill their promises.

    I bring to your kind notice that one Dr. R S Mathana Sujakar, MBBS working as Government Doctor in Sendamaram Village , Government Primary Health Centre has availed loan from me in the year 2018 by pledging some land documents and house documents situated at Vasudevanallur, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District.

    Till date, he had not paid his dues and evading repayment. He also told that he should get a loan from your Bank upon collateral security of his house situated at Vasudevanallur and upon his salary certificate. But he did not do so. I believe he would have taken loan from you and diverted all funds to his Polytechnic, Science and Engineering Colleges in which he is a Trustee.

    The said colleges are managed by the Trust called “Tamil Thai Charitable Trust” in which his father, Dr. S Ramaiah, his mother Smt. R Palanivelammal and his sister Dr R Sasikala, MBBS presently at Jaipur.

    I believe he is a chronic defaulter and therefore I have initiated criminal action in the Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Chennai, George Town, Chennai -1. Against him and also his family members, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and under Section 420 of CRPC. Besides this I have also initiated Civil Case against him in the City Civil Court, Chennai by attaching his residence property situated at Vasudevanallur. They owe me several crores of rupees. I have also filed so many cases, and because of Covid 19 Pandemic I and II Wave, the cases are delayed.

    This is for information, and I may peruse against his properties as a II charge in recovering my dues from him.

ESA STEEL ROLLING MILLS, Esa Complex, Motia khan, Mandi Gobindgarh, respectfully submit that one of our party who has an account in HDFC Bank branch Hukam chand Building, Mandi Gobindgarh issues RTGS for transfer of funds in our account. Please note that the bank holds the cheque and does not transfer the fund to us in time and make undue delay. This has happened so many times. It is important to note that our party issue RTGS to other parties also and it has been noticed that the other parties funds are transfer in time but it is only us whose transfer is delayed. We fail to understand why this is happening. Why Bank is delaying our transfer. We brought this problem into the notice of HDFC Bank branch Hukam chand Building, Mandi Gobindgarh but of no use. No heed paid to our request.
    In this connection, please note that earlier we had maintained an Account No. 50100227650452 with HDFC Bank branch Hukam chand Building, Mandi Gobindgarh. We had to close our account because the Bank used to put unnecessary pressure on us to open Insurance Health Schemes and to adopt other Schemes.
    The regular and several time undue delay make us to think that since we had closed our account as such Bank is resorting to undue delay in transfer of funds in our account. This is totally unfair and unjust.

    आपसे निवेदन है कि हमारा CC A /c No. 50200024942777 HDFC Bank शास्त्रीपुरम आगरा में है।
    जैसा की आप देख सकते हैं कि हमारे अकाउंट में लगने वाली ब्याज बहुत अधिक है जिसके लिए हमने आपकी बैंक में लगभग 2018 से कहते आरहे हैं कि हमारे खाते में लगने वाली ब्याज अधिक लग रही है इसको कम किया जाये। जिसको अभी तक काम नहीं किया गया है।

    लेकिन आपके यहाँ से हर बार यही अस्वासन दिया जाता हैं कि लिमिट रिन्यूअल के समय ब्याज कम कर दी जाएगी परन्तु अभी तक बैंक की तरफ से कोई ब्याज कम नहीं की गई है।

    जबकि Sanction latter में जो ब्याज रेट है उससे भी अधिक ब्याज चार्ज की जारही है।

    आपके यहाँ के उच्च अधिकारियों से भी लगातार ब्याज कम करने को लेकर बात हुई, परन्तु सभी झूठा अस्वासन देते हैं कि रिन्यूअल के समय ब्याज कम हो जाएगी। और जितनी भी ब्याज ज्यादा चार्ज की गई है वह रिवर्स कर दी जाएगी। जो अभी तक नहीं हुआ।

    बैंक द्वारा ब्याज को लेकर हमारा शोषण किया जा रहा है। कोरोना के कारण लगभग डेढ़ साल से स्कूल और कॉलेज न खुलने की बजह से पेपर और स्टेशनरी व्यापार बैसे ही मंडी के दौर से गुजर रहा है। उसपर आपकी बैंक द्वारा ब्याज और चार्जेज ज्यादा चार्ज कर शोषण किया जा रहा है।

    अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि हमारे नकद शाखा खाता संख्या में लगने वाली अधिक ब्याज को कम किया जाये और जितनी ब्याज अधिक लगी है उसको वापस की जाए

But i have purchased this item for 6 month EMI on 10.10.2021 for which the EMI calculation receipt has been issued by the seller. The EMI conversion statement has been forwarded by the HDFC on 26.10.2021, my due statement has been prepared on 13.10.2021.     Respected Sir/Madam,

    I beg to state that I Akshat Jain a Regalia Master Card credit card holder of your HDFC BANK having credit card number 552260xxxx504200.

    I am writing this letter to inform you about the fraud transaction that happened on 07-Oct-2021 (around 5 PM). A sum of INR 21,290 was debited from my card with a transaction number (Ref# MT212820076000010148312). This was used on the Qatar Airways website and this transaction was done outside india, I did not authorize it and I didn’t get any OTP.

    The following are the details for my credit card:
    Name of Credit Card: Regalia Master Card
    Name as on Credit Card: Akshat Jain
    Credit Card Details: 5522605003504200

    Request you to please look into this matter and guide me through the procedure to raise the complaint in this matter. I shall be highly obliged.

  24. Dear Rashmi madam,
    The details what you submitted is totally false,
    1.I and my wife both taken loan have taken loan from Centurion bak was true but it is closed paying all emi as agreed.
    2.The Documents submitted by your bank to the court showing we have taken from your bank on 21.03.2019 of Rs 13080/- and 17479/- by Mrs Bharati Javali of single emi’s, which is frivolous and not true.
    3.The account statement submitted by your bank shows on same day there is credit balance in our name and same is debited and again shown the same amount loan has been given to us is also proves that your bank has been created false documents failed to prove in the court, at Permanent Lok Adalat , Belgaum, vide case no PLA/Belgaum/191/2015 and award is passed in favour of the Bank. so the matter has been dismissed not awarded in your favour.
    Even after knowing the matter is dismissed by the court against your bank’s plea. your bank has had with only intention to harass us you have submitted bogus information to cibil and which has defamed our name in the banks & made heavy irreparable huge loss to us. Even though I have informed your bank through various mails from the last three months, you are passing the time creating a story that the court has awarded in your favour.
    I am enclosing the dismissal order of Permanent Lok Adalat , Belgaum, vide case no PLA/Belgaum/191/2015 is passed in favour of us and dismissed against the Bank.

    My Saving account no is 50100221797854 with the name of KRISHNA GARG U/G SUMIT MOHAN GARG (Sole Owner).
    I need to close the same..

    For this regard, I had submitted account closure form in HDFC RajNagar Ghaziabad Branch on dated 01.12.2021.
    (ACL Acknowledge No is ACL117805640 and copy attached for your ready reference). but no action from their side…

    Now more than 15 days have been passed but no action in this matter.

    Kindly look into the matter and close my account asap…

    I have taken a personal loan from your esteemed bank in the year 1999, and now I want to close the loan before the closing date, because I am re-locating to foreign country. For that I have submitted the request through your web portal and sent several mails, but no one is reverting on the mails. Please advise on it urgently.

    As stated earlier by aboveE Ccomplaints fradulant transactions has happened in my hdfc bank accounts
    (1) 17002100000015 Modasa Arvalli amount 1900000/ on 25/1/2022 – and (2)account no 00061300040920 – Navrangpura Ahmedabad branch amount 3473000/-on 26/1/2022
    I will like to draw your attention in this subject that I did not recived any e mail notification for beneficiary addition and RTGS LIMIT soon as I came to know I contacted your customer care for prompt action and save my remaining 947000/ from fraud but unfortunately no fast action was taken and your staff did not understood the magnitude of seriousness of the incident,.untill today I am in confusion why I did not recived any e mail regarding it?
    In my life time I never did RTGS of 200000/- unfortunately there was serial about 9(nine) RTGS of Higher amounts, is not there any artificial intelligence or any human face?
    I doubt and it is serious that bank staff is leaking my legal confidential data It is obvious that I have been cheatedI THEREFORE EXPECT YOU TO deal with my complaint according to financial conduct authority rulesOn unauthorises transactions which state that unless I have acted with gross negligence,you should reimburse me tha unauthorized transaction amount.
    The financial Ombudsman services says; The the increasing sophistication in frauds means that banks are negligent hence request to remburse the amount 1900000/- and3473000/- else will be forced to complain In RBI against bank for sharing my account details
    If you cannot uphold my complain please share me the details so that I can refer the matter to the financier ombudsman service
