    Gas HOB from M/S Kitchen Studio Nowgam Srinagar . My hob serial no is T1609234723 and Model No HGG 603 CRR EBR CI (106.0435.656).I feel your service centre is not working here properly. your service centre tecnician namely Naveed bhat and Sharik zargar bearing phone no,s 7889439519 and 8899998230 are cheating with customers just like with me have charged Rs.1300 as charges did,t replace any part , kept my Hob open and run away saying we will return soon but did,nt return.i have registered compliant also at but no one cotact the problem. otherwise i will contact Media and also publish against Franke Fabre india pvt limited pune on facebook and Twitter instgram and whasaf.

  2. I had registered a compliment on 4th November regarding problem with the display on the chimney which was purchased on 25th June 2020 via compliment number Thanks for calling Faber. (Your service call has been regsitered vide BLR0411200114, secret code 649). Till today nothing has been done even repeated calls to customer care and to Mr Venugopal is of no use when your not able to provide proper service and the customer who has purchased the product from you is suffering. 

    If i don’t get the service done within two days, i am free to take suitable action deemed fit.

    I m from kashmir Anantnag ,we are using Faber chimney, Model no: LTW 60 BF, Now it is not working, then I have raised compliant already 2 times at customer care,after 15 days technician visit and told us,we don’t have part and we ordered this part then I can come again after 10 days,after that when he didn’t come ,the I have call them, they told me u have been charged 3000 thousand for repair, I ask him why Faber gives us life time warranty, and they told us part charges installation charges etc then he didn’t come,worst service center @ Srinagar, what kind of service provide Faber! Sir Kindly resolve our problem,

    With the above doc. no a technician from citi service, Rajdanga goldpark. Kolkata visited on 3.01.22,adviced for motor change ( in warranty), but still lying idel, and no proper reply, except “wait still material is received”.pls.let me know how long to wait.

  7. I have registered one complaint for service related issue on 12.09.2022 (MAL1209220100). Till today no one from faber contacted me. Very disappointing. I dont advice this product (water purifier) for any one. This will only give u head ache and loosing your peace of mind and wasting your valuable time by raising complaint like this.

  8. Please refer my complain history from the date of purchase. At the time of purchase and till date centre ignition knob is not working. I’m uploading fresh video. No solution till date from the service centre.last complain took more than 1 month to resolve however your smart personnel had closed complain online ‘ on time ‘ so not to reflect it. Also charged 1000 rupees without giving any receipt. When asked for receipt , he blamed us about usage. Again 2 burners are not working. I’m lapsing my warranty period also. Who is responsible for supplying this damaged product? Faber or Amazon ? When wrote review on amazon , forced me to change review. Even your dashboard is showing the numbers of complain resolved vs complain filed. What is procedure to replace / upgrade the product even depositing some Amount? Any solution from company will be given or not ?

    Than :Technician visited and advised to replaced the piece. If this model is not successful I’m willing to upgrade as well.Hope for the best solution.

    Today : It’s 10 th day of this complain no. GUJ0111220058. No solution till date. Is it closed ? Pls provide contact details of higher authority. Now fully exhausted ..Been an year and no resolution yet. Customer service is a big challenge here. Have reached out to multiple executives. Earlier charged without any receipt. Fed up with the team. Need mob no of Punit gupta , MD of this company pls. Else consumer care is the last option.

  9. I had purchased a favor chimney , Model Super Plus TC 60 tw , worth Rs 25,590/- from your authorized dealer M/S Happy Homes at Bhubaneswar vide bill No 174 dated 11.10.2017 bearing Sl. No 1505239189 and now under warranty period but burnt motor and capacitors are not replaced by the company with plea that original /duplicate copy of bill is misplaced by me and authorized dealer . After sale Service of FABOR is detrimental to interest of the customer for none of his fault even all details are available.
