    Note: Other Bank give Interest but DCB not given since Jan-21 Other passbook SCAN copy sent by mail.

  4. Due to high interest rate we had written mail to DCB Bank on 23rd August 2018 for foreclosure of all our loans and even after that we have given many mails and reminders till 2022 but no response has been received so far
    On follow up of our request status on their customer care number every time they replied that our request has been closed due to non availability of phone
    For this issue I personally visited their Karol Bagh Branch on 13th September 2021 with a letter to submit of loan foreclosure There I had been assured by Mr Ashok Kumar that it will be resolved in 23 days but it all proved in vain
    Moreover we had made a part payment of Rs 42,40,703/- on 8th October 2021 through NEFT which we had also informed them via mail on 14th October 2021 but till date credit of this amount was not given in the loan statement sent by them after the 14th October 2021
    Further our company is registered with MSME Despite this they are asking levy of 4 percent additional charges and the balance sheet of FY 2020 2021 to issue the foreclosure letter of loan Here we failed to understand why they are asking for Balance Sheet when we would like to close loan account
    Being fed up with all this we had also written mail to their senior authority including the MD on 30th December 2021 but till date no reply or solution has been given from their side

  7. Beware DCB Bank management, You will be in trouble as you are having enemies within the bank as staffs in branches who for their unhappy attitude are trying to make this bank fail. I’m a Sr.Citizen having an a savings accounts for last 40 years but the bank’s working is deteriorating day by day. I wasn’t operating DCB mobile app for last 3-4 months n I have recently changed my mobile phone. I tried to operate DCB mobile banking app which I was operating for a long time but couldn’t operate it this time. I approached DCB Nariman point branch for assistance. They told me they could help me n asked me to contact customer care. When I contacted customer care they asked for my debit card which I had not opted/used since beginning. Customer care asked me approach any branch for help. I approached Vasai branch n also contacted Nariman point branch manager on phone for assistance but they were not answering my phone calls and unable to solve the problem. All were pushing the buck from one person to another but doing nothing to solve my problem last more than 15days. This lethargic n indifferent attitude with the customer from bank branche’s staff n customer care services is deficiency of service. It’s dangerous to the bank. As of today I am not able open net banking application. I shall be compelled to close all my accounts n disassociate myself from bank.
    Is this the way you are fulfilling PM Modi & FM minister dream to digitise money transactions….?????? Or cheating customer…??? Or misusing/bypassing customer money/banking laws…???
