  2. My order no. is 70220 dated 22/10/2020. The Order tracking status shows, product is delivered on 27/10/20, without actual delivery. The product is not delivered till now.

    This is not expected from the BOAT.

    If you are not interested to deliver product, return my payment, or ask your courier (SHIPROCKET) to deliver my product immediately.

    I have exchanged my boat airdopes 201 device from “F1 Info Solution, Store No 1 & 2, DSK Parvati Mahadev Apartment, Near Omkareshwar Temple, Shaniwar Peth, Pune, Maharashtra, Pin: 411030” due to right bud backup issue they provided me device in replacement on 25-Nov-2020 , Now this device is also creating problem backup of case is very low and device is disconnecting very frequently some times right bud connected some times left also this device seems very old same stated to executive at service when i received, Executive told me “ye company sai aise he aai hai” .

    Please help to replace this faulty device and also confirm are we providing old devices in replacement.

    Iam really tired to solve my issue. Last 4 days I am writing an email and calling to customer support but no proper response. Emails are not replying.

    I order for strom watch but I received ear drops. Please replace the product or return my money back. Ticket raised 4 days back – 76397 for wrong item delivered, But until now no response and still showing as pending approval.

I had ordered boat basshead 152 earphones on 24 November and it’s been 18 days from the ordered date but still I haven’t received it.there is no well service through which we can contact for the update of delivery. Very very bad service. If it is not possible for you to deliver then give my money back within 5days or else I will filed complaint regarding the issue in police station.

    I purchased boat sound bar avante 1160 however it stopped working after 10 days and i registered a complaint (# 1794391) on boat customer care for same. your technical executive has visited my place and confirmed that sound bar needs to replace as it is under warranty however nothing has happened so far.   14. such a worst service provide by Boat, I didn’t expect such worst service will provide by you guys. I bought a Boat Airdopes 441 Pro Raging Red on Nov 2020 and faced some issue on after using 1 month and in Jan I raised a complaint on 11th and for replacement and provided my the box with all accessories. But I came to know that I don’t have to give my accessories to service people and even courier guy or either customer care executive didn’t intimate about this. And when I got replace product with no accessories but only box and when I open it, I can see that I received the damage product as I can see a large scratch and some damages on each side. But I email to boat people on 21st and till now no response and today when I called again the customer care executive, sonaski, she disconnected my when I ask to connect me with their supervisor and not only this it’s happened in earlier back also when I said I can able to hear lots of noise from your and the agent just disconnected the call. Seem like I made a huge mistake to buy new product as being boat family since from 2016 and I have never faced any issue with other device than this decide
    Finally you guys either replace me with new sealed one or else refund my device

    My purchase of Boat Rockerz 255 Pro via your online on 18 Feb 2021 was such a disaster.

    My purchase confirmation came stating that shipment is booked by Shiprocket who in turn assigned it to Xpressbee surface.

    Since 23 Feb 2021, I have been after Xpressbee to deliver the shipment but to no avail. They update their record stating they visited my delivery address and found it locked and then they state that I refused shipment in open condition.

    My effort to either get the shipment delivered or refund me the money is futile as on 4 March.

    I have never heard of such incompetent fellows….Boat team, Imagine Marketing and also Xpressbee team all of whom go out of the way to stonewall all enquiries.

    No one should suffer in future with Boat hence sharing it.

I purchased a boat earbud from amazon in Jan. it stopped working post 2-3 week then I raised a complaint with you.. and I got a second-hand product as a replacement then I again raised a complaint to send me a new product as a replacement but today again I got a second-hand (used)product with scratches post two week ..what kind of service is this. why are you torching to the customer with this kind of service .. I had sent box along with charging cable first time so request you to plz send me a new product with at least a charging cable.

I have ordered my product 2 months back and even now not yet received it and also my money is not refunded back. they don’t deliver the product not refund the money. i have sent many mails to boat and also called them but no response still now and also i lost my money. after you make the order …for sure they won’t give you response. Tried many ways by contacting and sending them msgs but nothing done. so dissatisfied and irritating service. never buy from boat and it’s a cheating company

I had purchased Boat Airdopes 203 from vijay sales Pune Pimpari Chinchwad Branch, As it is not providing battery backup and even not getting charged Case To Airdopes…i had visited boat service centre at pimpri Pune, but they were unable to provide same model Airdopes 203, They are giving Airdopes 201 Model

  28. Refer to the ticket number 2340421, the boat airdopes 441 black colour product, which has been returned back through Bluedart courier vide waybill no. 69554961560 dt.11th May 2021. The same has been delivered to Bhiwandi and the recipient name is Pranay.

    We have yet to receive the response towards the refund of the product.

Boat having a pathetic customer service as i have purchased rockerz 335 Bluetooth headphones and get fails with in 10 days I submit the faulty headphones at service centre and after 10 days i have received the headphones which is repaired one and again fails with in 10 days. I had placed order for Airdopes 402 black through company’s online site on 13th july and the same delivered on 18th july. with one week the right bud is not charging even the case is fully charged. I made 3 complaint through portal ,with PDF of Invoice , but every time same message repeat that your invoice is not valid .
    2. The bill delivered with the item is not visible and printed in micro font. customer support is not resolved my issue.

  44. I am just fustrated with Boat Company Material. I had purchased bluetooth headphones, within 90days the same stopped working. Boat did give me replacements for 2 times but every-time the replaced headphones were dead ones not a single worked. Total cheap company. I will not recommend anyone to buy boat.
