  2. The bank’s mpassbook App is defunct since long. I have repeatedly requested to activate it but nothing has been done so far. Under the present circumstances due to the pandemic it has become more relevant. Please look into it and something to activate it.

  5. Dear sir, There is a illegal transfer of 89000Rs from my saving account with the help of bank of baroda customer care employee. My complain no-GNBG1697998352 AND BCOT1707346242. The BOB customer care center is leaking information to the third party and get involve in bank fraud. The bank is alos transfering the resposibilty to others and just for paper formality. I am sending several request with my FIR copy to my best of my knoledge but there is no sign of curocity in resolving my issue.

Sir..Mahavitaran Shivajinagar Division Pune Most of the salary accounts of the employees are in Bank of Baroda..As per the decision of Maharashtra Government SBI, Bank of Maharashtra, Bank of India and Bank of Baroda Pimpri are being given no problem to open SGSP account. However, in Shivajinagar pune, Bank of Baroda (Senapati Bapat Road, Aundh, Baner, Ashok Nagar) is the only place where solicitation of office letter and non-acceptance of personal application is going on. According to the Circular of MSEDCL Head office bank of Maharshtra has been given Preference , SGSP scheme should be done by taking individual application, otherwise the employees will leave Bank of Baroda and open an Salary account with Bank of Maharashtra.

    Sended my money to a friend, but money did not enter my ACCOUNT, I am getting a pass book update for 4 days today but there is no hearing.
    Online tranjaction was sent by(PHONE PE) that guy also went to the bank and got his passbook update, he also told his branch, Tranjaction successful
    He is from the account UCO BANK BANDEL Branch , The Manager of there has given written proof.

    But i haven’t entered my ACCOUNT yet
    Nobody is listening to my Complain
    If this happens today, then I will have to take STEP further

  9. बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा शाखा साउथ मलाका इलाहाबाद अधिकारीगण कार्य व्यवस्था बहुत खराब है दिनांक 03.11.2020 दोपहर 2.20 बैंक पहुंचने के बाद सेवानिवृत्त स्टाफ के परिवार सदस्य को 2 घंटे से अधिक समय बैंक में बैठाने के बाद बैंक द्वारा ना तो एक लाख का ट्रांसफर किया जा सका जिस कारण मुझे 50000 की भुगतान की आवश्यकता थी जो पूरी नहीं हो सके वर्तमान में बैंकों के अच्छे दिन एवं ग्राहकों के लिए खराब समय चल रहा है

  14. Dear Sir/Madam,
    My account number : 30580100003708, I have an Education on this account. no.I acknowledge the fact that I am liable to pay back the loan .But, the service offered from the bank is so poor that the Bank manager , Smt. Gopika Menon called me after prolonged pre request.And I wanted to talk to the Bank Manager and explain my problems and find a solution for paying it back.
    Instead this lady was shouting at me.
    They are not even giving me a minute to listen to my problem and find a solution to it . 

    I am an Electrical And Electronics Engineering graduate with 0 backlogs, I even got placed into a MNC (Accenture) while i was preparing for my final sem.We had to face two Natural calamities (Flood) in kerala , and i was also going through a serious financial and personal problem with two Cancer fighting patients at home.
    I approached my bank explaining the situation and possible solutions to sort this out or anyway I could go ahead with further studies as a Masters degree could fetch me a good starter pack . They even refused to give me a Debit card without depositing 2000 rupees ,which makes no sense.They never gave me any SMS alert or any kind of communication regarding the morotime period which just got over on the topic “Covid-19” situation where we all are going through.Still I haven’t got any stable job as I am working as a daily wage employee in some part of India fighting for daily staple . I have been pressured so much that I cannot handle such a deal for a National Bank.This is definitely not the way you treat your client, my problems can be solved by just 6Lakh rupees. I can get this done in one day and close the account and there’s no guarantee of my life as I can even meet with an accident tomorrow. Either way as a bank you guys are losing the money which you are supposed to get back.and this is definitely not the way you do it,and threatening my guardians by sending people, barging into my home in the absence of me.I have also tried calling them many times when I got the first response from the collection centre bangalore, i respect the person who talked to me even though he took some pain in explaining and finding a solution for my current situation. 
    Please find a possible solution to this or if you could give me a relaxation period of three months so that i can find a way to collect some money and clear the cumulative debt.
