  1. I Gaurav Kumawat purchased a PULSAR 150 DTS – I (ABS) from Narayan Motors on 21th march 2020.
    Due to some manufacturing defect i am facing some problems in my bike and i inform Narayan motors in this regards and I have telling repeatedly for 2 months its not working and visited Narayan Motors showroom so many times regarding my bike problem but i don’t get any proper response from Narayan motors or there team. I am still facing the same problem and my problem is not resolved yet..
    Due to manufacturing defect in my bike and improper behavior from Narayan Motors I’m facing lots of financial and mental pressure.
    I purchased this bike for my convenience , but this bike gives me inconvenience and mental pressure to me Due to this I can’t focus on my other jobs. Even my job is affected.
    My request is resolve my issue otherwise refund my money back with the losses I bear extra for manufacturing defects in your product . I m riding bikes for almost 10 years but this kind of issue is only raise in your product I m proud owner of many other bikes from other brand but your bike give me lots of trouble and wasted my money ,time and mental health .
    Now finally let me know how can you help, i am not interested in getting the vehicle checked or repaired by your hopeless dealer who did not do PDI and does not seems to be competent enough and deliver defective vehicle.

    I have wasted my hard earned money on defective Bajaj product, hope you will not waste my time & energy. I trusted and Indian brand I want that my trust in you remained forever.
    Otherwise I move to the Consumer Redressal department and take legal action for this problem and your careless behavior.

      I bought Bajaj Pulsar 220f bs6 in 11/1/2021.
      Since I bought the bike Pulsar 220f bs6 model fromMandal Bajaj, I have been having various problems in my bike. It could not fix it even after going to the Authorized Service Center. I took your Beehampur SS Bajaj sales and service showroom there. They can’t fix it. If my bike is not fixed in this time, then I will go ro the consumer forum. I will file this case with Bajaj. Please give me a new bike or repair the bike I have.

  3. Hi I have purchased bike 6 months before. From the day of purchase I am facing the issue with disk. After multiple report also they failed to fix
    Bulp burnt out with in 4 months and they are suggesting to install a 3 party hardware . Is Bajaj not capable of fixing the issue.

  5. I bought the Bajaj V12 bike (Vehicle registration no. – GJ18CS6843) 17th November 2017 @ Gandhinagar. My bike’s Chassis no. is MD2A75BY1HWF02005.

    On 17th October Bike’s engine started very much noise like something damaged inside. I Went to A.S. Motors (N.H No. 8, Nr. Chhani Jakat Naka, Salatwada, Vadodara-2) for service & repairing. For your information Bike is single-handed & runs only 12000 KM and the engine got damaged.

    After inspection by A.S motors Service person told me that your engine’s crank, Cables, all Ball Bearings, Clutch Rotor, etc. are damaged. I get shocked when he told me that these parts are damaged after running only 12,000 km. How is it possible?

    The service Person told me that I don’t know what is the reason for damaged engine parts are? Need to send a report for research if your bike is in the warranty period only.

    After servicing and repairing of engine they charged me Rs.7300/- . the huge money they charged (Very costly). The funniest part is that crank is repaired not replaced then they charged Rs. 1100. What kind of service provided by Baja.

    Now I understand that Bajaj Products are the worst kind of Product are and the other worst kind of thing is Bajaj’s service charged. What I Faces the problems, I will share my experience & Review of Bajaj Products with websites like bikewale.com, bikedekho.com, gaadi.com, etc. so that no one will trap in this kind of situation. I will try to put this kind of situation in different media. You should have to learn from other Bike manufacturers like Hero, Honda Vespa, etc.

    Also now my family members & I will never buy any kind of Bajaj products in the future.

Bajaj Auto’s Dealers and themselves have negative approach towards the customers, even I bought Bajaj Avenger 220 in 28 May, 2020 it has so many problems but the dealer as well as company denying the fact and their dealer almost thrown me out of the workshop and refused to work. Company people are only pretending that they are working on the issues, but in reality they never tried to solve the problems.

(Najafgarh).I purchased a bike from bagga link delhi on 13.12.2020 which caught fire on the highway and the manager had not listened to my complaint and his entire service team and the Service GM are in his favour and not trying to help me due to which I have faced many problems yesterday in pulsar RS200 BS6.. Which led to have some technical fault in bike as told by Manager self of bagga link najafgarh!

    Please refer our earlier mail dated 10.05.2022, 26.04.2022, 24.04.2022, 20.04.2022 &16.04.2022 on the captioned subject, as per advise of Mr Shiva Kumar, Area Manager, and Mr Stalin, Regional Manager, we again given our vehicle to the Service Centre attached to the Sri Vinayaka Mobikes Pvt Ltd (Dealer), Kachiguda, Hyderabad on 18.04.2022 . Mr Narasimha Rao GM, (service) of Service Centre informed me that clutch plates were changed and the vehicle was ready and asked us to come and collect the vehicle on 19.04.2022 5.50 pm. my husband visited on 19.04.2022 at 6.10 pm and a made the trial run, to the surprise, there was no change in condition and no pick-up and milage at all and thereafter, his mechanic also confirmed the same. Immediately we informed same to Mr Shiva Kumar, Area Manager. Even clutch plates were changed, the condition of vehicle was same as earlier.

    We state that on 21.04.2022 at 8.30 pm, the vehicle was delivered after keeping two days, but not rectified problems of the vehicle. On the advise of Mr Shiva Kumar, Area Manager and Mr Nagarsimha Rao, GM (Service) of Service Centre, Kachiguda and Mr Dinesh (GM) of the dealer, my husband Mr Bhanu Prakash again handed over the vehicle to the one of the staff Mr Nagaraju at his office on 22.04.2022 at 10.30 am for rectifying the same problems i.e 1) very poor pick-up 2) no milage 3) gears box problem 4) sounds are coming while using gears and break and hardening of gears and breaks 5) harden of handle (skidding sensation) 6) no smooth running and 7) stopping of vehicle intermittently 8) abnormal heat of engine etc.

    It is stated that due inability of the staff of the above said Service Centre to rectify the problems of the vehicle. Then, the Area Manager Mr Shiva Kumar and Regional Manager, Mr Stalin shifted the vehicle to another Service Centre attached to the Rama Motors, Old Alwal on 28.04.2022. They delivered the vehicle on 02.05.2022 with temporary adjustments. Again we visited 06.05.2022 with same issues. they did not able to rectified the problems of the vehicle. They along with Area Manager and Regional Manager also confirmed that the company had given defective vehicle to us.

    We fed up with vehicle and with the staff of your company and dealer and also you could not rectify the problems of vehicle. Some of the your staff told that defective vehicle has been given to us. In view of the back drop, it is confirmed that the vehicle is defective. Your Bajaj Auto Company, your dealer viz Sri Vinayaka Mobikes Pvt Ltd , Kachiguda, Hyderabad and your staff knowing with malfied intention and also to get the wrongful gain for you, given the defective vehicle to us. It is nothing but a defraud the customer.

    It is pertinent to mention here that same type of vehicle CT 110 X was taken by my sub-staff at the same time when I purchased, we rode the said vehicle, its pick and milage and other things are very good. We showed the said vehicle to your staff for the sake of comparision, they also realised and confirmed that our vehicle is defective.

    It is another classic example that we purchased one new TVS Pep 90 CC vehicle recently, It has good pick up with two persons whereas Bajaj CT 110 X, it has no pick up even one person, why this example is giving please keep in mind the situation

    It is pertinent to mention here that your company has given milage 65-70 km per liter, after checked-up the milage of the vehicle, it gives 30-35 km maximum per liter. so that your company misleading the customer with wrong notion. If ride the bike for 5 or 6 km, engine heating abnormally and dipping pick-up drastically.

    It is pertinent to note that the vehicle was purchased only 5 month back and drove the vehicle single handedly from home to office, how the clutch plates were damaged and also after checking of 10 times, your staff of both service centres could not rectify the problems of the vehicle and also confirmed that there is no pick-up, milage and other issues and defective one, so that it is nothing but a mislead the customer. Even after the above said situation, no doubt, it is definitely manufacturing defect. Your people given defective vehicle to me and also your staff coverup the laches on their part and your management.

    It is very pathetic that even after, your staff including Regional Manager Mr Stalin and Area Manager Mr Shiva Kumar admitted and confirmed that the vehicle is defective and after several requests through mails, your company is not responded till date and paid deaf ears and with mal intension to avoid to replace the vehicle for the reasons best known to you.

    Hence, in view of the above and also admitted and confirmed the vehicle is defective by your staff including Regional Manager Mr Stalin and Area Manager Mr Shiva Kumar, we called upon you to replace my vehicle and hand over the new one immediately and also liable to pay Rs.6,000/- towards our conveyance, other charges and costs and also to pay 20,000/- towards compensation for deficiency of service on your part, towards our mental agony and also wasting of our precious time etc other wise I will be constrained to approach appropriate Forum/court against your company and your dealer and staff at your risk and costs.

    I brought Bajaj CT 110 X from Siwan , in 5 months bike battry got dead.
    Send for replacement but they said it will take 15 day to 1 months, without battery it’s hard to start.
    Very poor service I got from your side.
