  1. I Gaurav Kumawat purchased a PULSAR 150 DTS – I (ABS) from Narayan Motors on 21th march 2020.
    Due to some manufacturing defect i am facing some problems in my bike and i inform Narayan motors in this regards and I have telling repeatedly for 2 months its not working and visited Narayan Motors showroom so many times regarding my bike problem but i don’t get any proper response from Narayan motors or there team. I am still facing the same problem and my problem is not resolved yet..
    Due to manufacturing defect in my bike and improper behavior from Narayan Motors I’m facing lots of financial and mental pressure.
    I purchased this bike for my convenience , but this bike gives me inconvenience and mental pressure to me Due to this I can’t focus on my other jobs. Even my job is affected.
    My request is resolve my issue otherwise refund my money back with the losses I bear extra for manufacturing defects in your product . I m riding bikes for almost 10 years but this kind of issue is only raise in your product I m proud owner of many other bikes from other brand but your bike give me lots of trouble and wasted my money ,time and mental health .
    Now finally let me know how can you help, i am not interested in getting the vehicle checked or repaired by your hopeless dealer who did not do PDI and does not seems to be competent enough and deliver defective vehicle.

    I have wasted my hard earned money on defective Bajaj product, hope you will not waste my time & energy. I trusted and Indian brand I want that my trust in you remained forever.
    Otherwise I move to the Consumer Redressal department and take legal action for this problem and your careless behavior.

  3. Hi I have purchased bike 6 months before. From the day of purchase I am facing the issue with disk. After multiple report also they failed to fix
    Bulp burnt out with in 4 months and they are suggesting to install a 3 party hardware . Is Bajaj not capable of fixing the issue.
    No proper response from executive in service centre

  4. I am facing fuel over flow from over flow pipe issue in my bajaj Ct 110 purchased in JAN 2020

    I have given my vehicle for servicing the same issue for 6 times, the dealer technicians are not understanding this problem every time they are failing in sorting this issue please help me my mileage has decreased to 50
